1. Drop my car off at 8am to have 4 new tires placed on that I had bought. Car wasn't ready till 3pm. 2. Asked them to keep the one best tire and I will pay the extra to get rid of the other three . The one they kept and put in the back of my car is the one that kept losing air because it had a nail in it. So that tells me they didnt even look at the tires and just tossed one in the back. 3. Never replaced the valve stem covers on the new tires. The ones I had removed just got new ones placed on a week prior so now. I have to go buy new ones. I paid them $165 to put on 4 tires and disposal of 3 tires ( at 6.99 a tire). Would never go back.

They helped me out of a terribe situation due to a flat and a piece hanging due to running into a curb. Th job was quick & professional. I highly recommend them! Very nice and truly helpful along with good pricing!! Thank you so very much :)

I’m an out-of-state student and have been going to Parma Tire & Automotive for my car needs, usually with good experiences UNITL THIS VISIT. I brought my car in because of a check engine light. They told me my coolant hose needed to be replaced and suggested doing that along with an oil change, for about $500. They replaced the hose, but the check engine light was still on. At that point, I was told they couldn’t fix the issue and that I’d need to take it to the dealership instead. They waived the diagnostic fee, but I was still left with a $399 bill for a repair that didn’t address the actual problem. When I picked up my car, Roger mentioned it was likely the auxiliary coolant pump something that wasn’t explained at the start. I usually deal with Mark, but I never saw him during this visit except at drop-off. Overall, I left feeling frustrated. I basically paid $400, and my original issue is still there. I wish I had just gone straight to the dealership and saved myself the time and money.

For the past two years, I’ve taken my German vehicle to Mark at Parma Tire & Automotive based on a strong business referral from the area. Unfortunately, my experiences have raised serious concerns about the quality and honesty of the service I received. Both years, I requested a tire rotation—and both times, it was not done. I removed the valve stem caps from my rear tires beforehand to test this, and after the “rotation,” the same tires with missing caps were still on the rear. That alone is disappointing, especially from a shop that came highly recommended. Also, no finger or hand prints on the dusty rims. Additionally, I was charged for a brake fluid flush, but my gut—and the appearance of the fluid—tells me it was never changed, only topped off. There was no indication the job was properly done. I also question whether the alignment I paid for was ever completed the first year. After the so-called alignment in 2024, the front tires wore out rapidly and unevenly, which suggests that no real adjustment was made. I expect transparency and integrity from any automotive shop, especially one trusted with performance vehicles. Sadly, I feel I was misled and charged for services th
